FIGHT AGAINST OIL POLLUTION
In 2017 European Maritime Safety Agency (EMSA) opened new Equipment Assistance Service stockpiles and now the stockpiles will be equipped with High Capacity Skimmers from Lamor as part of the recent eight million euro (8 Million €) framework agreement.
Lamor and Akela share a long and close relationship with EMSA, comprising a successful and continuing track record supplying services and equipment for improved oil pollution response. “We have a strong commitment and desire to fulfil the EMSA requirements. We put a high value on the ongoing support and co-operation with Akela”, Rune Högström, COO of Lamor,says about the recent successes with EMSA, Lamor and Akela.
